Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Client Manager to own client relationships and coordinate with production teams to deliver safe, quality service. You will review SLAs, monitor performance, and drive renewal, retention and profitable growth across assigned accounts.

You will collaborate with sales and operations, manage communications, and participate in regular client reviews. Travel to client sites and after-hours events is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, customer service, or related field.
• Must be able to travel to/from office and client locations, with after-hours events if needed.
• Ability to initiate actions with good judgment and accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with strong written and spoken communication.
• Familiar with landscape enhancements as a service offering.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Develop account-specific strategies to drive retention and growth.
• Escalate client concerns and coordinate with customer service to resolve issues.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for new business and enhancements.
