Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Client Manager to build and sustain relationships with assigned clients, focusing on renewal, retention, growth, and profitability. The role collaborates with production teams to ensure safe, efficient service and adherence to quality standards.

The Client Manager serves as the primary contact for clients and reports to the Branch Manager, coordinating reviews, planning, and timely billing. Strong communication and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in operations, customer relations, or related field is required.
• Willingness to travel between office and client locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct relationships with client organizations to meet service expectations.
• Develop account strategies to drive retention and growth of contract business.
• Act as primary escalation contact for client concerns and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular business reviews and monitor performance against SLAs and budgets.
• Identify opportunities for new business and coordinate with Sales and Operations.
