Job summary

AXA XL is seeking an Associate Client Relationship Leader to support the Zonal Leader and CRLs in building strategic client relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery within the zone.

This role emphasizes coordination across underwriting, claims, risk consulting, and operations while gathering client insights and supporting growth initiatives. It requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Understanding of insurance principles and client management practices.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights for business audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support CRLs in gathering client information, industry trends, and risks to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in account strategies and stewardship meeting preparation to maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate internal resources across underwriting, claims, risk consulting, and operations to serve client needs.
• Act as a point of contact for routine client inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
• Support with preparing proposals and gathering feedback to contribute to business growth.
• Help organize client events and ongoing engagement activities.
