Job summary

AXA XL in the United States is seeking a client relationship professional to support CRLs in gathering client insights, manage accounts, and coordinate cross-functional teams across underwriting, claims, risk consulting, and operations.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, stakeholder communication, growth opportunities, and long-term relationship activities, with a focus on delivering excellent client service across our lines.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, translate findings into practical recommendations, and communicate insights clearly to business audiences.
• Proven project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Understanding & Insights: Assist CRLs in gathering information on clients’ businesses, industry trends, and risks.
• Assist in Account & Relationship Management: Support the execution of account strategies, prepare for stewardship meetings, and help maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Aid in the coordination of internal resources across underwriting, claims, risk consulting, and operations to support client needs.
• Support Client Engagement & Service Delivery: Act as a point of contact for routine client inquiries and facilitate communication between clients and CRLs.
• Contribute to Business Growth: Support the team in identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, assisting with preparing proposals and gathering feedback.
• Assist in Long-term Relationship Activities: Help organize client events, gather feedback, and support ongoing engagement initiatives.
