• Support Client Understanding & Insights by gathering client data, trends and risks.
• Assist in Account & Relationship Management, preparing stewardship materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across underwriting, claims, risk consulting and operations.
• Support client engagement and service delivery, handling routine inquiries and raising complex issues.
• Identify growth opportunities and assist with proposals and feedback collection.
• Support long-term relationship activities, including client events and ongoing engagement.
