Job summary

AXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks for mid-sized companies and multinationals. The role supports client understanding, account management, and cross-functional collaboration across underwriting, claims, risk consulting, and operations.

You will engage with clients and internal teams, help identify growth opportunities, and contribute to long-term relationship activities to enhance client service and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field.
• Basic understanding of insurance principles and client management.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and translate into recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support client understanding and insights by gathering client data.
• Assist in account and relationship management with stewardship meetings.
• Coordinate internal resources across underwriting, claims, risk, and operations.
• Act as a point of contact for routine client inquiries and service issues.
• Identify growth opportunities and assist with proposals.
• Help organize long-term client engagement activities.
