Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a Client Relationship Leader (CRL) to nurture long-term relationships with strategic accounts, acting as the primary contact to deliver AXA XL’s value proposition. The role emphasizes business, technical, and people acumen within a global insurance context.

CRLs will coordinate with account teams, broker partners, and regional resources to design strategies, drive growth, and ensure high client satisfaction across risk, product, and service dimensions.

Qualifications

• Commercial Acumen / Relationship Building: Engages with c-suite executives and brokers, manages stakeholders and conflict, and negotiates for client interests.
• Business & Insurance Acumen: Knowledge of insurance industry principles and dynamics.
• Marketing & Communication: Tailors positioning based on audience analysis.
• Financial Acumen: Understands insurance financial principles and impact on P&L.
• Data-Driven Decision Making / Strategic Solutioning: Uses data to support decisions and creates solutions.
