Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a client relationship professional in the Hartford area to support CRLs with client insights, account strategies, and cross-functional coordination. You will engage with clients, brokers and internal teams to address routine inquiries and advance growth initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration, analytical thinking and strong communication to strengthen long-term client relationships across distribution, product, underwriting, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of insurance principles and client management.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data, identify patterns and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Proven project management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Support CRLs in gathering client insights and growth opportunities.
• Assist in account strategies and stewardship meetings; help maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate internal resources across underwriting, claims, risk, and operations to support client needs.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine client inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Help prepare proposals and gather feedback to support business growth.
• Organize client events and support ongoing engagement initiatives.
