Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs, guiding strategic execution and operational management with focus on KPI achievement and client satisfaction.

You will lead a recruitment team, price and sell staffing services, and build strong relationships with HR and Operations to grow and retain accounts while delivering exceptional client-centric service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent degree not required; high school diploma or equivalent plus experience accepted.
• Experience managing client relationships and service delivery in a professional services setting.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalation point for client questions.
• Oversee daily recruitment/fulfillment activities and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Develop and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through surveys, reviews, and proactive communication.
• Price and sell staffing services including temp and perm placements.
• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with HR and Operations.
