Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs. You will lead recruitment operations, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with leadership to drive client objectives. Your role emphasizes strong client relationships and effective program governance.

You will oversee daily recruitment activities, ensure service levels, and position teams for ongoing success while maintaining client satisfaction and retention across accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience managing recruitment teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong knowledge of KPIs and SLAs and how to meet them
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to price and sell services and manage client expectations

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts and develop effective client relationships
• Meet high levels of client satisfaction via surveys and reviews
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate and time-to-fill metrics
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership
• Act as Brand Ambassador and contribute to thought leadership initiatives
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and aligned with governance
