Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Client Portfolio Manager to oversee multiple locations within a client portfolio, guiding Account Managers and aligning with our iCARE leadership approach. You will drive service excellence, mentor teams, and build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and growth.

You will analyze operations, monitor KPIs, and implement security protocols while collaborating with sales to expand existing client operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business or related field; or Associate’s with 3 years of management experience; or a high school diploma with 5 years of management experience.
• Experience driving operational/financial metrics with strong business acumen.
• Leadership skills fostering teamwork, client relations and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Caring Leadership and client intimacy: mentor Account Managers, promote collaboration and development.
• Operational oversight and safety: oversee service delivery, ensure compliance, monitor KPIs via BI Platform.
• Financial performance and growth: manage budgets, drive revenue, improve cash collections, control expenses.
