Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to lead a regional business segment. The primary role is to enhance client experiences, build long-term relationships, and engage with field employees to deliver our services with excellence.

This onsite role requires ten years of multinational account experience, five years coaching teams, managing a security budget over $15 million, and a proven customer-service record.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience managing teams in a security or service environment.
• Experience managing multinational or global accounts preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to drive operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction, tone, and client-specific plan for achieving service levels and measurable results.
• Hire, develop, and retain security officers and supervisors overseeing remote managed services.
• Communicate high service level expectations to ensure client and employee satisfaction.
• Engage with clients to enhance the value of Allied Universal's offering.
• Coordinate day-to-day team effort to deliver quality, cost-effective services.
• Ensure scheduled hours are met with minimal unbilled overtime.
• Coach and develop personnel for advancement.
• Utilize WinTeam for scheduling, billing, and reporting.
• Enforce company policies and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as liaison between Allied Universal and the customer, including travel to in-person meetings.
• Maintain records and timely reports; ensure regular attendance.
• Participate in community and industry events.
