Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or related field.
• Associate degree with three years of management experience.
• High School diploma with five years of management experience.
• Current driver's license for business travel.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Experience driving operational and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction and client-specific plan for service levels and measurable results.
• Hire, develop, and retain security officers and operations leaders.
• Communicate high service levels to ensure client and employee satisfaction.
• Engage with clients to enhance Allied Universal's offering value.
• Coordinate day-to-day team effort to deliver quality, cost-effective services.
• Ensure scheduled hours are met with minimal unbilled overtime.
• Coach and develop personnel for advancement opportunities.
• Utilize WinTeam for scheduling, billing, and reporting.
• Enforce company policies and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as liaison to foster customer intimacy and travel for in-person meetings.
• Maintain timely records and reports manually or automatically.
