Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to lead a regional business segment. The role focuses on enhancing client experiences, building long-term relationships, and guiding field teams to deliver high-quality service and client satisfaction.

The position requires managing multi-national accounts, a strong track record in leadership and financial stewardship, and extensive travel for client engagement, with a comprehensive onboarding program provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or related field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction, tone, and client-specific plan for achieving service levels and measurable results.
• Hire, develop, and retain security officers, Operations Managers and Field Supervisors.
• Communicate high service level expectations to ensure client and employee satisfaction.
• Engage with clients to enhance Allied Universal's value and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate schedule adherence and minimize unbilled overtime while meeting contractual hours.
• Coach and develop staff for advancement and promotability.
• Utilize WinTeam for scheduling, billing, and reports to support business management.
• Enforce policies and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
• Act as liaison with customers to foster client intimacy and attend in-person meetings.
• Maintain records and prepare timely reports manually or automatically.
• Ensure regular attendance and participation in community and industry events.
