Allied Universal is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to lead a regional business segment. You will enhance client experiences, build lasting relationships, and manage field staff to meet service goals with high professionalism.

The role includes onboarding, ongoing client engagement, and reporting, with travel to client sites as needed. A comprehensive onboarding course supports success in this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or related field or associate's with three years of mgmt in a high-volume environment.
• High school diploma with five years of mgmt experience in a similar setting.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Ability to drive operational and financial metrics with strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Set client-specific plans to achieve service levels and measurable results.
• Hire, develop, and retain security officers, managers, and supervisors.
• Communicate high service level expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
• Engage with clients to enhance the value of Allied Universal's offerings.
• Coordinate day-to-day team efforts to deliver quality, cost-effective services.
• Ensure hours are met with minimal unbilled overtime.
• Coach and develop personnel for advancement opportunities.
• Use WinTeam for scheduling, billing, and reporting.
• Enforce company policies and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as liaison between Allied Universal and customers, including travel for in-person meetings.
