Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Client Manager to build long-term client relationships and lead front-line staff across a portfolio. You will drive operational metrics, oversee budgets, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering high-quality security services.

You will use BI tools to monitor performance, optimize schedules, and maintain profitable account health, aligning with EBITA targets and company policies.

Qualifications

• Management experience of hourly staff in a fast-paced service organization.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with client focus.
• Ability to interpret financial data and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for small to medium clients.
• Use BI tools and reporting to monitor metrics and optimize schedules.
• Oversee budget, accounts receivable/payable and account health.
• Build client relationships and implement corrective action plans.
