Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to lead a designated region, enhance client experiences, and build long-term client relationships. The role emphasizes hiring and developing security officers, Operations Managers, and Field Supervisors, while managing scheduling, billing, and reporting using WinTeam.

The position focuses on delivering high-quality service, meeting contract requirements, and driving continuous improvement across the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must possess one or more of the following: Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or a related field.
• Associate’s degree in criminal justice, business or a related field with three (3) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industry
• High School diploma with five (5) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industry

Responsibilities

• Set the direction, tone, and client-specific plan for achieving agreed-upon service levels.
• Focus on hiring, development, and retention of security officers and Operations Managers and Field Supervisors.
• Communicate high service level expectations to ensure client and employee satisfaction.
• Engage with clients to enhance the value of Allied Universal's offering.
• Coordinate day-to-day team efforts to ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery.
• Ensure contractually scheduled hours are met with minimal unbilled overtime.
• Coach and develop staff for advancement opportunities.
• Utilize WinTeam for scheduling, billing, and reporting.
• Enforce Allied policies and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as liaison between Allied Universal and the customer.
