Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in criminal justice, business or related field.
• 3+ years in managing a high-volume workforce or service environment (for associate degree path).
• 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume workforce or service industry (high school path).

Responsibilities

• Set direction and client plan to meet service levels and measurable results.
• Hire, develop and retain security officers, managers, and supervisors.
• Communicate service level expectations to ensure client and employee satisfaction.
