Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to lead a regional service segment, strengthening client experiences and long-term relationships. The role emphasizes high-quality service delivery, leadership of security officers and operations teams, and driving measurable results in a dynamic environment.

The position requires building strong client relations, managing multiple priorities, and traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or related field.
• Associate’s degree with 3 years of management in a high-volume environment.
• High School diploma with 5 years of management experience.
• Current driver’s license for business travel.
• Minimum of 2 years building and developing teams.
• Minimum of 1 year driving operational/financial metrics.
• Leadership fostering teamwork and client relations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and plan to achieve service levels and measurable results.
• Hire, develop and retain security officers, Operations Managers and Field Supervisors.
• Communicate high service level expectations to ensure client and employee satisfaction.
• Engage with clients to enhance value of Allied Universal's offering.
• Coordinate day-to-day team efforts to deliver quality, cost-effective services.
• Ensure contracted hours are met with minimal unbilled overtime.
• Coach and develop personnel for advancement opportunities.
• Use WinTeam for scheduling, billing, and reporting.
