Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager in Minnesota to lead a regional business segment. The role focuses on improving client experiences, building lasting relationships, and guiding field teams to deliver premier security services.

The position requires travel ~35% for client meetings and quarterly site visits, with an onboarding program to support transitions. The incumbent will manage a $15M+ security budget and mentor a dispersed leadership team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a bachelor’s or equivalent in criminal justice, business, or related field.
• Five-plus years of management experience in high-volume environments.
• Ten years of experience managing multi-national or global accounts is required.
• Experience building, coaching, and developing teams.
• Experience driving operational and financial metrics with strong financial acumen.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and client-specific plans to meet service levels and measurable results.
• Hire, develop, and retain security officers, Operations Managers, and Supervisors.
• Communicate service expectations to ensure client and employee satisfaction.
• Engage with clients to enhance Allied Universal’s value proposition.
• Coordinate day-to-day team efforts to deliver quality, cost-effective services.
• Ensure contract hours are met with minimal unbilled overtime.
• Coach and develop personnel for advancement.
• Utilize WinTeam for scheduling and billing and generate relevant reports.
• Enforce company policies and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across levels to solve problems and seize opportunities.
