You will work with branch leadership to manage budgets, improve cash flow, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Strong client relationships and cross-functional collaboration are essential to success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or a related field.
• Associate’s degree with three years of management experience in a high-volume workforce or service industry.
• High School diploma with five years of management experience in a high-volume workforce or service industry.

• Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers with coaching and recognition while fostering accountability.
• Build and grow relationships with clients by understanding security needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Oversee operational metrics and KPIs, analyze data, and drive improvements using BI platforms.
