Allied Universal is hiring a Client Portfolio Manager to oversee operations across the client portfolio, lead Account Managers, and drive profitable growth by delivering world-class security and facility services.

Reporting to the Branch/General Manager, you will build strong client relationships, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and align with iCARE leadership to foster an exceptional employee experience across locations.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree or suitable combination of education and management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience driving operational and financial metrics with strong business acumen.
• Proven ability to build and develop teams and lead cross-functional collaborations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor Account Managers with coaching and recognition.
• Grow client relationships by understanding security needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Oversee service delivery, regulatory compliance, and KPI reporting.
• Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, reduce overtime, and control expenses.
• Collaborate with sales to expand business within client operations.
