Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in criminal justice, business, or related field with relevant experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interpret financial data.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and retain front line staff (Security Officers, Supervisors, Operations Managers) for small to medium clients.
• Use AI tech, reporting tools, and BI platform to monitor metrics and optimize schedules and profitability.
• Oversee client performance metrics including budget, AR/AP, and account health.
