Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or a related field; or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience managing a high-volume workforce or service operations with measurable results.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to drive budgeted performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor Account Managers, coaching and recognizing performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and growth.
• Oversee multi-location operations, ensure policy compliance and service quality.
• Analyze KPIs and report metrics using BI tools; drive efficiency and productivity.
• Partner with sales to drive organic growth within client operations.
