Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Client Manager to lead front-line staff and deliver security services across a client portfolio. You will promote employee engagement, monitor metrics with AI tools, and drive profitability through budget management and service excellence.

The role requires effective communication, leadership across dispersed teams, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or high school diploma with experience managing hourly staff in a fast-paced service org.
• Proven ability to manage a dispersed team and achieve results.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for designated portfolio.
• Use AI technology, reporting tools and BI platform to monitor metrics and optimize schedules.
• Oversee client performance metrics including budget, AR/AP, and EBITA targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships and implement corrective action plans.
• Deliver high-quality service in line with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Establish safety culture with action plans to prevent injuries.
