Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager in Santa Clara, CA. You will lead a team of Account Managers and collaborate with the Branch/General Manager to oversee client locations, ensuring safety, service quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will drive growth, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and partner with sales to expand existing client operations. A strong focus on leadership, financial acumen, and cross-unit collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in criminal justice, business or related field.
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years of management experience in high-volume environment.
• High School diploma with 5+ years of management experience in service industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, providing coaching and recognition to foster accountability and teamwork.
• Build and grow client relationships by understanding security needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Oversee operations and Account Managers to meet standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and report KPIs using BI platform to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Identify and mitigate security risks; develop and implement security protocols and training.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to improve financial performance: budget, revenue growth, and expense control.
