Zusammenfassung

Assurant is seeking a Senior Operations liaison in Lewisville to oversee Device Lifecycle Management and drive program performance. You will coordinate with the Account Team and Device Care Center to meet KPIs and ensure optimal client outcomes.

In this on-site role, you’ll translate client needs into operational plans, monitor supply chain metrics, manage risks, and deliver insights that improve profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project or Program Management, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in client relations, account management, program leadership, operations, data analytics, and device lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations for mobile devices and reverse logistics.
• Understanding of client financial arrangements, billing, and reporting.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and executive-level reporting.

Aufgaben

• On-site stakeholder and relationship management with Account Executives and DCC leadership.
• Coordinate client initiatives, align priorities, and track timelines and deliverables.
• Provide business insights and recommendations to improve client outcomes and profitability.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor device lifecycle and reverse logistics performance with cross-functional teams.
• Manage escalations, risks, and contingency plans to minimize disruption.
