Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years in account management or related client-facing role.
• Minimum 3 years with mid-to-large clients.
• Proven client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven project management and execution experience.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and performance metrics.
• Financial acumen to discuss performance data with clients.
• Experience across multiple functions in a complex business.
• Ability to thrive in implementation-focused environments and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage key client relationships as primary contact.
• Coordinate implementation activities for new client launches.
• Lead project execution, tracking requirements and resolving issues.
• Present program results and updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and analyze KPIs and performance metrics.
• Lead QBRs and other client-facing meetings.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, marketing, actuarial, service to drive outcomes.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely communication and resolution.
