Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales support, customer service or admin roles preferred.
• Experience with supply chain, reverse logistics or mobile devices is desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to sales staff and follow up on payments, returns, and orders.
• Act as primary contact for portfolio customers via phone and email, building relationships.
• Shadow sales professionals to learn strategies and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support objectives.
• Distribute marketing emails, announcements, and NPS/CX surveys; cover for PTO when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer feedback and sales activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost sales effectiveness.
