Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead the implementation and ongoing management of major client programs. You will own key client relationships and coordinate across operations, IT, marketing, actuarial, and service teams to deliver successful launches and sustained satisfaction.

You will present program results and KPI insights to clients and stakeholders, drive quarterly business reviews, and ensure data-driven decisions across the organization. Travel up to 15% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years in account management or client-facing roles.
• Minimum 3 years with mid-to-large clients.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and stakeholders.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and financial performance.
• Experience working across multiple functions in a complex business.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage key client relationships, serving as the primary contact.
• Coordinate implementation activities and readiness for new client program launches.
• Lead project execution, requirements tracking, issue resolution, and ongoing program management.
• Present program results, recommendations, and business updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and analyze KPIs and performance metrics.
• Lead QBRs and other client-facing meetings.
• Partner with operations, IT, marketing, actuarial, service, and other internal teams.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely communication and resolution of issues.
