Job summary

Qualifications

• HR Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing/repair environment.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving or related environment.
• Ability to identify potential process and workflow improvements.
• Demonstrated direct supervision and coaching of others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of company personnel and external partners.
• High energy professional with goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills for problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Willingness to work across multiple shifts.
• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Associates Degree plus 3+ years supervising 15+ hourly associates in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work schedules, assign tasks, coordinate workflow and projects, and monitor performance.
• Drive process improvements and coordinate new product introductions.
• Hire, perform performance reviews, and mentor/coaching; address disciplinary actions.
• Maintain training matrix and ensure compliance.
• Review Tableau reports to monitor performance metrics.
• Meet production standards and manage cost controls.
• Ensure safe and healthy work environment and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and provide feedback.
