Allied Universal is seeking a Client Manager to build long-term client relationships and lead front-line teams delivering security services across a portfolio. You will monitor metrics, optimize staff schedules, and drive profitability while upholding safety and service standards.

You will oversee budgets, accounts receivable/payable, and client satisfaction, aligning with EBITA targets and company policies. A proactive leader who values safety and client service will excel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business, or related field with professional level experience managing hourly employees.
• Strong leadership and budget management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Mansioni

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for small to medium clients within portfolio.
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational metrics to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee client performance metrics including budget, AR/AP, and account health.
