Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Client Manager to build long-term client relationships and lead frontline security staff across a designated portfolio. You will promote engagement, drive metrics, and ensure services meet client needs while aligning with EBITA targets.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and a customer-first approach, leveraging AI tools and BI reporting to optimize operations and profitability for diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Must possess one or more of the following: a degree in criminal justice, business, or related field with experience managing hourly staff.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for small to medium-sized clients within portfolio.
• Utilize AI technology, online reporting tools, and BI platform to monitor metrics and optimize schedules.
• Oversee client performance metrics including budget, AR/AP, and account health.
• Build client relationships and implement corrective action plans.
• Deliver high-quality service while maintaining industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Establish a culture of safety and develop action plans to prevent injuries.
