Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Client Manager to build long-term client relationships and lead front-line teams delivering security services across a designated portfolio. You will monitor metrics, manage budgets, oversee accounts receivable/payable, and drive profitability while ensuring safety and compliance.

Strong leadership and communication are essential to align with EBITA targets and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Degree or experience in managing hourly employees in a service organization.
• Experience driving client engagement and operational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret financial data for budgeting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for small to medium-sized clients within the portfolio.
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational metrics; optimize schedules and drive profitability.
• Oversee client performance metrics, including budget management and accounts payable/receivable.
• Build and maintain client relationships and implement corrective action plans.
• Deliver high-quality service while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Establish safety-focused action plans to prevent injuries.
