Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Client Manager to build long-term client relationships and lead front-line staff delivering security services across a designated portfolio. You will promote employee engagement, drive operational metrics, and deliver world-class service in a dynamic environment.

You will oversee staffing, budgets, and client health, leveraging AI tools and BI analytics to optimize scheduling, reduce costs, and grow profitability while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business, or related field with 2+ years managing hourly staff
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years managing hourly staff
• High School diploma with 5+ years managing hourly staff

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for client portfolios
• Utilize AI technology, reporting tools, and BI platform to monitor metrics
• Oversee client performance metrics including budget, AR/AP, and EBITA targets
• Build and maintain client relationships and supervise safety and protocols
• Deliver high-quality service while complying with policies and regulations
• Establish safety culture with action plans to prevent injuries
