Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Client Manager to build long-term client relationships and lead front-line staff delivering security services across a designated portfolio. You will promote engagement, drive operational metrics, and ensure client satisfaction.

This role emphasizes iCARE Leadership, safety culture, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration; you will oversee performance metrics, schedules, and profitability while maintaining industry standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a couple of years managing hourly staff in a fast-paced service organization
• Experience interpreting financial data for decision-making and budgeting
• Proficiency with MS Office and related software

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front-line staff for small to medium clients
• Use AI tech, online reporting tools, and BI to monitor metrics and drive efficiency
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and client budget health to support EBITA
• Build and maintain client relationships and implement corrective action plans
• Promote safety, regulatory compliance, and service quality across the portfolio
