Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead day-to-day management for client accounts and strengthen relationships with existing clients. You will coordinate risk/capital management needs and work with senior buyers to retain and grow books of business.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years in client coordination and/or claims management, or a High School diploma with 8+ years of experience, and a license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8+ years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
• License required. Travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day account management for routine to moderately complex client accounts.
• Build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing clients; coordinate resources to address risk/capital management needs.
• Drive retention and cross-sell additional services while engaging senior buyers and day-to-day client representatives.
