Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in client service and/or claims management.
• High School diploma or GED with 10+ years in client service and/or claims management as alternative.
• Minimum 1+ years of supervisory experience; appropriate licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Be the strategic relationship manager and client liaison, leading increasingly complex self-funded accounts.
• Work closely with clients to understand their day-to-day needs and provide tailored solutions while managing annual strategies.
• Share market expertise and keep clients informed about compliance-related issues.
• Champion Gallagher’s resources and tools to maximise efficiency in managing client deliverables.
• Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process.
• Guide, develop, and mentor new hires and team members; foster a collaborative learning environment.
• Align with the account management team to ensure compliance with local and corporate standards.
