Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Client Service Leader to guide a team of client service managers and ensure top-tier service to key accounts. The role blends strategic leadership, hands-on client interaction, and team development to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions.

You will oversee delivery, manage portfolios, resolve escalations, and collaborate across internal teams to align service with Gallagher's objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR HS with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Licensing as required.
• Experience in insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of client service managers to achieve departmental goals.
• Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve complex client issues and escalations promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive risk management strategies.
• Develop and implement client service strategies aligned with Gallagher's objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust service offerings accordingly.
