You’ll build strong client relationships, collaborate with recruiting to place top talent, and relentlessly pursue targets while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet client conversion & sales targets.
• Experience using activity targets to deliver results.
• History of qualifying, managing and maintaining a database.
• Proven record in negotiating pricing.
• Credibility in client facing positions.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to understand needs and introduce staffing solutions.
• Hit and exceed sales targets, grow market share, and close profitable deals.
• Work with recruiting to ensure we place talent that meets client needs.
• Provide top-notch service as the main client contact, addressing questions or concerns.
• Manage your client database, follow a clear sales process, and stay aligned with goals.
