• History of qualifying, managing and maintaining a database.
• Proven record in negotiating pricing.
• Credibility in client-facing positions.

Responsibilities

• Connect with new and current clients to understand their needs and introduce staffing solutions.
• Hit and exceed sales targets, grow market share, and close profitable deals.
• Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure we meet client talent needs.
• Be a key contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing questions or concerns.
• Manage your client database, follow a structured sales process, and stay goal-focused.
