Sikich is seeking a Client Account Manager in the United States to drive growth with existing Dynamics clients. You will articulate the business value of Dynamics solutions, maintain strong client relationships, and coordinate with delivery teams to tailor offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years B2B sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding goals and targets.
• Ability to engage CXO-level conversations with customers.
• Strong client satisfaction and renewal focus.
• Competitive, accountable mindset in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with existing Dynamics client base.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and renewal rates.
• Articulate business value and benefits of Dynamics products and services.
• Coordinate with solutions delivery to tailor broad solutions.
• Develop annual Territory Plans to attain quota and imperatives.
• Provide sales forecasts and reports to manager.
