Synergistix is seeking an Account Manager – Midlevel to oversee client accounts and projects for existing and new business. You will build strong relationships, gather client requirements, and translate them into proposals, work orders, and specifications.

You will run status meetings, coordinate with Professional Services, monitor project progress, address client feedback, and help ensure on-time delivery while supporting sales engagements and billing processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in information systems, business, or life sciences.
• Strong program/project management experience.
• Knowledge of data exchanges and relational databases.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary point of contact for client matters.
• Manage multiple clients and prioritize internal tasks.
