Job summary

Sikich is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to support our Enterprise team in implementing Dynamics 365 CE solutions for new and existing client projects. The role involves collaborating with Senior Consultants on roadmaps, delivering both functional and technical work, and ensuring on-time project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Dynamics CRM experience across multiple versions, strong consulting background, and familiarity with Power Platform and data integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics Sales or Field Service.
• 2+ years’ Dynamics CRM experience in multiple versions (2013, 2015, 2016, 365).
• 2+ years’ consulting experience.
• Experience with Data Migration/Integration platforms.
• Experience with Power Platform (Automate, Apps, Pages).
• Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service experience a plus.
• Dynamics 365 certifications a plus.
• Excellent client relations, communication, organization, & prioritization capabilities.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Road map Dynamics 365 CE solutions with Senior Consultants and participate in prospect demos/evaluations.
• Support functional and technical development phases of full-cycle Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations and integrations.
• Complete projects on time, providing client with status updates as needed.
• Assist with formulation of implementation plans, risks, mitigation strategies, and timeline requirements.
• Provide client support for online deployments.
• Assist in formulating client solution maps based on industry knowledge and intel.
• Demonstrate excellent writing and documentation for design specifications and end-user documents.
• Travel up to 50% (nationally & internationally) to customer locations for on-site work.
