Adecco Group North America is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand profitable new sales within our Recruitment Solutions portfolio. You will build and nurture client relationships, develop strategic hiring solutions, and drive revenue growth across assigned accounts.

You will regularly visit client sites, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align services with client needs. Travel up to 80% is required to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 2+ years sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Identifies sales opportunities and consultatively sells solutions to assigned clients.
• Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
• Negotiates client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments.
• Speaks with clients at sites and travels to meetings as required.
