Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive profitable new sales within our Recruitment Solutions portfolio. You will foster key client relationships, define strategic objectives, and develop client-specific strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

In this role you will visit client sites, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver service excellence and growth across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; minimum two years of sales-related experience required.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% per week; reliable transportation required.
• Experience in staffing and/or human resources solutions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identifies sales opportunities and consultatively sells solutions to assigned clients.
• Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
• Develops client-specific strategies to achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
• Conducts site visits and sales meetings with clients; maintains relationships with key contacts.
• Negotiates client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments.
• Produces and analyzes sales forecasts for stakeholders; collaborates with Delivery Manager on recruiting strategies.
