Adecco Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive profitable new sales within the Recruitment Solutions portfolio. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, defining hiring objectives, and delivering tailored strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.

The position involves frequent client visits and sales meetings at client sites, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ongoing market trend analysis to inform pricing and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with at least two years of sales experience.
• Combination of post-high school education and related work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Travel up to 80% per week and reliable transportation required.
• Staffing/human resources industry experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Identifies sales opportunities and consultatively sells solutions to assigned clients.
• Partners with clients to define strategic hiring needs and objectives.
• Develops client-specific strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Regularly conducts site visits and sales meetings with clients.
• Negotiates contracts, renewals and amendments with clients.
• Collaborates with Delivery Manager on recruiting strategies and trends.
