Job summary

Ensono in the United States (remote-friendly) seeks a Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth and long-term partnerships within enterprise accounts. You will manage senior relationships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery across sales and delivery lifecycle.

This role requires consultative selling, strong executive communication, and a track record of exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

Senior-level sales leadership for enterprise relationships.
Experience in consultative sales in technology or managed services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Experience managing pipelines with accuracy.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Experience with managed services, hosting, mainframe, security, and outsourcing.
Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork.

Responsibilities

Promote client relationships with thought leadership and alignment of client needs to Ensono offerings.
Develop relationships with decision makers; grow revenue across Ensono’s portfolio.
Lead proposal development, negotiation, and terms for deals; monitor market trends.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure outcomes.
Communicate value clearly to diverse audiences; advise clients on IT strategy.
Mentor sales talent and share knowledge across teams.
