Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Client Delivery Data & Insights Solutions to ensure a seamless, high-value client experience across touchpoints.

You will drive satisfaction, retention, and growth by leading cross-functional teams and aligning client objectives with company strategy. As the Data & Insights SME, you will shape analytics roadmaps, translate findings into guidance for executive clients, and mentor staff while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development support, commercial operations, account management, or client experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Subject matter expertise in clinical trial and healthcare data (clinical trial data, RWD/RWE, EHR/claims, data standards such as CDISC).
• Hands-on familiarity with analytics and BI tools (SQL, Power BI/Tableau) to lead technical discussions.
• Experience translating complex analytic findings into clear business recommendations for senior client stakeholders.
• Experience supporting data-driven solutioning, proposals, and feasibility assessments in a data/analytics or technology-enabled services environment.
• Proven success managing strategic accounts and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and client success platforms.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations as they relate to research.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Databases and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a scalable client success strategy aligned with company goals and client needs.
• Leads and develops the client-facing marketing/operations function supporting Data & Insights, owns the annual business plan and operating priorities.
• Directs resolution of complex problems spanning client experience, marketing, and operations; negotiates priorities with senior leaders.
• Defines and tracks KPI for client satisfaction, retention, expansion, and overall client experience scores.
• Analyses client needs and market insights; presents them to internal teams to shape strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Serves as executive sponsor for strategic accounts; builds trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Oversees development and execution of client experience and success plans; participates in renewal strategies.
• Identifies opportunities for account expansion and ensures timely guidance through all support channels.
• Standardizes best practices for client experience functions to streamline operations and scalability.
• Partners with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
