Job summary

WCG Clinical is seeking a Senior Director, Client Delivery Data & Insights to ensure a seamless client experience across touchpoints, drive satisfaction, and grow strategic accounts. You will lead data and analytics SME efforts, partner with Business Development, and oversee client success programs with a focus on governance and outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred (MBA/MPH/MS).
• Hands-on with analytics tools and BI platforms; able to lead technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a scalable client success strategy aligned with goals.
• Leads client-facing marketing/operations supporting Data & Insights.
• Directs resolution of complex problems across client experience, marketing, and operations.
• Defines KPIs and tracks client satisfaction, retention, and net promoter scores.
• Partners with internal teams to shape analytics roadmap and strategy.
